1. Digital Products Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital items once the purchase is completed. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

However, in rare cases:

• If the product is defective or unusable, please contact us within 1 day of purchase. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made, notify us immediately. We will investigate and process a refund if appropriate.

2. Physical Products (if applicable) If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, contact us at info@strengthtoempower.net within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Proof of purchase is required

• We may request a photo of the damaged item

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items

• Final sale items

3. Shipping Returns You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

4. Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
