Strength To Empower was born out of my own journey. It's a reminder that no matter what you've been through, you still deserve peace.
Even while I was struggling, I always had a passion for helping others. I especially have a heart for women because I understand what it feels like to carry so much, put yourself last, and lose sight of who you are along the way.
I've been the woman trying to make it when there was more than money. I've worked multiple jobs to provide for my children. I've known what it feels like to put everyone else first while quietly wondering, When will it be my time?
Then something unexpected happened.
I noticed that every time I poured into someone else, I felt lighter. Conversation after conversation, I realized that encouraging others was also helping me heal. My healing didn't begin after everything got better. It began while I was still helping others.
Life taught me how to survive, but it never taught me how to choose peace. Learning to choose peace changed my life. That journey inspired the Don't Sleep On Your Peace™ movement and my commitment to helping women rediscover themselves after putting others first for so long.
Today, through Strength To Empower, I create products and resources that encourage healing, confidence, self-worth, and peace. My hope is that every journal, every handcrafted gift, every piece of apparel, and every reminder I create helps you believe that no matter what you've been through, you still deserve peace.
